Alberta


Just 15 minutes’ drive from the cozy mountain town of Banff, Banff Sunshine Resort sits high on the Continental Divide. Three sprawling mountains provide breathtaking sight lines, uninterrupted by any signs of civilization beyond the resort’s leasehold. Castle Mountain Resort is Alberta’s most authentic mountain experience. The resort, occupying an exceptionally beautiful, and snowy, location in the Westcastle Valley of the Southwestern Alberta Rocky Mountains, is located 2.5 hours southwest of Calgary. The resort is well known for the best continuous fall-line terrain in Canada and no shortage of powder (900 cm annually). Castle is Alberta’s second largest resort, by acreage, taking skiers and riders back to the roots of the sport with uncrowded slopes, superb hospitality, and fixed grip lifts.

Camping: Short term (nightly) camping is available and restricted only to overnight parking in the resort's main parking lot at a cost of $15. Lake Louise Ski Resort is one of the largest in North America, known for it’s spectacular scenery and versatile terrain.  Just minutes from the village of Lake Louise, the ski area’s exceptional layout allows families and groups of all abilities to ski together with beginner, intermediate and expert runs from every chair. Lake Louise is known for its variety of terrain from gentle slopes and long cruising runs, to glades, chutes and some of the Canadian Rockies most exciting and wide open bowls.

Mt. Norquay Ski Resort continues to be the locals’ gem. Famous for being the training ground of Olympic and World Cup athletes, and with excellent beginner terrain, everyone will love this small, family-friendly resort.  Mt. Norquay offers the only night skiing in Banff-Lake Louise, including a fully lit terrain park, and expert snowmaking on 85% of the terrain.  This is the best-kept secret in the Canadian Rockies!

Nakiska is an ideal mountain for families and those learning to ski. Located in the heart of the spectacular Kananaskis Valley, Nakiska is just 50 mins from Calgary. Nakiska was specifically designed to host the alpine events at the 1988 Calgary Olympics and now meets the needs for visitors from all over the world. Nakiska Ski Area is well known for a few things, including its super long ski season and often being the earliest resort in Canada to open as well as it’s immaculately groomed, wide, Olympic sized runs and also its snowmaking abilities.

Located 20km south of Jasper, Ski Marmot Basin is the only ski area in Jasper National Park. Virtually every location on the mountain is an inspirational viewpoint of breathtaking scenery.   Seven modern lifts ensure that skiers and snowboarders spend their day on the slopes, not in lift lines. Amenities include three day lodges with restaurants, ski/snowboard rentals, Snow School lessons, the Outer Limits retail shop and Little Rascals Nursery.  Make Marmot your destination this winter to create wonderful memories while enjoying the slopes of Ski Marmot Basin in the Canadian Rockies.

British Columbia


Big on snow and a massively popular resort for families, this is a perfect place to park and ski from door to lift line! 5 hours drive from Vancouver and in the heart of the spectacular Okanagan valley, Big White offers an all mountain experience with a friendly village atmosphere.

Located just outside the pretty town of Fernie, the ski resort offers an abundance of snow, often the highest snowfall in the Canadian Rockies and the most alpine bow skiing too! Accessible from Vancouver or Calgary, make this resort one on your ski safari for sure.

Visitors have been flocking to Grouse Mountain since the first official season in 1926 to enjoy the best downhill sports. Kicking Horse Mountain Resort boasts incredible verticals, deep ‘champagne’ powder and a truly spectacular and unique terrain mix. Panorama Mountain Resort is known for the most space per skier worldwide.
With nearly 3,000 acres of terrain across 4,265 vertical feet of fall line perfection, you just might find a new favorite run with every descent. It's the biggest terrain you've never skied.

RED Mountain is the last great, unspoiled resort. RED delivers 3,850 acres of pristine skiing, putting it in Top 10 terrain territory in North America. Revelstoke Mountain Resort offers the most vertical in North America at 1,713 meters (5,620 feet) of lift-accessed terrain - 3,121 acres of fall line skiing, 4 high alpine bowls, and 75 named runs and areas, including legendary glades and phenomenal groomers. Skiers and snowboarders can ride the Stellar Chair, a brand new chairlift with 6 blue & green runs - perfect for the beginner and intermediate guests!

The picturesque Victorian-style Silver Star Mountain Resort is BC’ s third largest Ski Resort. Boasting over 3,282 acres of ski & snowboard terrain spread across 4 mountain faces, it has been voted "Best Ski Resort in the Okanagan" for 8 years in a row.

All-inclusive lift tickets provide unlimited access to winter Tubing, Skating, Fat Biking, Snowshoeing and over 55km of daily groomed Cross Country trails for no additional charge. Just 45 minutes outside Kamloops, Sun Peaks Resort offers a wealth of amazing terrain for all skiers. Whitewater Resort Logo

Nova Scotia

Ontario


Not far from Ottawa is Eastern Ontario’s tallest mountain resort with winter adventure for everyone. Quebec


Le Massif de Charlevoix is the highest vertical drop east of the Rockies, boasting a spectacular view of the river and mountains, and powdery snow for as far as the eye can see. It's an authentic mountain where nature is respected - a place to get away from hectic schedules and the concrete jungle. Le Massif is simple pleasure, without artifice. Pure, raw fun.

Only 30 minutes away from the city, this extraordinary mountain is renowned for impeccable snow conditions. The skiable terrain includes 71 trails and 4 snow parks spread across 3 sides of the mountain. After sundown, 19 trails remain floodlit, which makes Mont-Sainte-Anne the highest vertical drop for night skiing in the country.
