BEFORE YOU PICK UP

Feeling poorly at pickup?

Just let us know in advance and we can make the right arrangements for you.

Check in online

Online check in opens 5 days before departure. Guests are required to complete the process from the comfort of their home. Online check-in

Read all your documentation

You’ll be asked to read & accept our rental agreement, insurance policy etc as part of online check-in. We recommend you read these carefully before pickup..

Watch our videos

As part of online check-in you’ll watch our demo and safe driving videos. These will help you make the most of your RV and road trip from the outset.

02.

AT THE STATION

Arrive on time, not early!

Please arrive at the time you selected during online check-in to minimize the number of Guests at each station in each pick-up slot.

Mask Wearing

As provincial guidelines no longer require masks to be worn, we are happy for Guests to do what they feel is best for them. Remove the bottom points- allocate one person, be ready and we love to clean.

Enjoy some space!

We have all become used to enjoying space between us and others, so we continue to appreciate our Guests maintaining a sensible distance between them, our Crew and other Guests.

Hand sanitizer

We have hand sanitizer available at every station for your convenience.

Allocate one person

in the travelling party to enter our station to perform the check in- asking all other members to remain outside or to take seats in the waiting room.

Be ready

Complete online check-in at home, have your driver's licence and the credit card you paid the security deposit with during online check-in.

We love to clean

High flow areas are regularly sanitized.

GETTING YOUR RV

Clean and ready for you!

Every RV has been cleaned and sanitized ready for you. We assure you of the highest standards of cleaning on every vehicle.

Self Guided Demo

You will have watched the demo video during online check-in, so on the day of pick up you will take a self-guided tour of your RV and have the chance to ask any questions before you set off.

Check if you have everything

If you booked linen kits please check you have the right amount of bedding for your sleeping arrangements. Also check that any extra items that you booked are there such as your coffee maker, lawn chairs etc.

Personal Demonstration

If you would like a one to one demonstration of the RV, you can book a Personal Demonstration (for a fee) and our Crew will show you how to use and manage the RV resources. A personal demonstration takes approx. 30 minutes.

DROP OFF AND DEPARTURE

Drop-off Precautions

Prior to returning your RV, please read and understand our precautions at drop off. View this document in English, French, German and Dutch.

Arrive back on time

You will select your drop-off time during Online Check-in. It's free to drop off between 8am and 10am. Drop offs after that time will incur an additional charge so please return at the correct time.

Stay with your RV

Until our Guest Service Agent greets you. We’ll run through some checks and questions with you.

Follow our “Before your Drop off your RV” Instructions

Empty your waste tanks, top up your fuel to the same level as at departure and remove all garbage. If you've purchased our Drop & Go Service, you'll have less to do before you return your RV!
